Upon checking in, I found the room to be poorly cleaned, with dirt on the floor and litter from previous guests in the fridge. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and I felt uncomfortable with the presence of dogs barking incessantly and people lingering outside. Staff were unavailable when I needed assistance, which made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming.
